Absolutely the best branch I've worked with. They went above and beyond for me. Reed, Ashton, and Lisa make you feel like one of the gang and will do whatever they can to make things happen. I can't believe how impressed I was with their amazing work ethic and professionalism.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! My company opened a business account here. After a few months FCCU would request multiple pages of questions be filled out. We did fill out the forms, but FCCU would end up sending us approximately 6 letters of the same questions. They did not like the fact we would withdraw large sums of money. They wanted us to open multiple accounts for each of our ATM's. (I'm sorry but didn't Wells Fargo have something similar go on? Tellers and bankers gaming the system and opening unnecessary accounts) When we showed them where the money was coming from they continued harassing my business partner and I. The bank manager swore he was "on our side" but would never let us talk to the "risk management" department that wanted to shut down our account which they eventually did. We asked who makes up your "risk management" dept. and they wouldn't give that information. I have multiple phone call recordings, letters, and emails documenting everything from start to finish. Trust me when I say that the recordings are not good. FCCU is a garbage Credit Union.

We recently applied for a vehicle loan and were delighted at how easy and fast the process was. Also, we received excellent terms. When the car dealerships tried to beat FCCU's terms, they couldn't. I would especially like to thank Patrick Welch at the Medford branch for the amazing customer service and thoroughly explaining the terms and the process.

Great people, great rates, great service! Definitely recommend this Credit Union.
