Best bank I have ever dealt with! Melanie and the staff are awesome, friendly and helpfull, Have dealt with many banks and credit unions, they are the best.

I have had the worst experience with Columbia Bank and more specifically the Newport Branch. Their customer service is abrasive, confrontational, and not helpful. I have closed my account and will not recommend this bank to anyone.

Friendly, helpful place. People are great to work with.
