I’ve been banking with OSU federal credit union for a very long time service has gone down as you arrive their no slip nor pen you have to request everything very frustrating and disappointed we talked to 3 different employees for one simple withdrawal wow!!

I have been banking with Newport Oregon C U for a few years. I am very pleased with the service I have received. My banking needs are simple, but the service I receive makes me feel I am a BIG dollar costumer. Covid has been hard on all businesses and customer service. Nevertheless, OSCU has offered the best services and met all my needs.

The window drive up is super slow even to greet you, customer service sucks, they rarely have slips for you to deposit or transfer or withdraw money available at drive up if you want one you have to ask for one. Used to be a great Bank we've been with them for years but ever since it change and employees definitely has changed my opinion of the Credit Union.

Honestly horrible customer service! Extremely slow, especially to pick up phone calls I was on hold for 40 minutes just for the girl to not know what she was doing AT ALL!
