Called wanting to see if this location was the same as ILWU Credit Union since online said so.
The Teller was not very kind so I asked to speak the the manager.
I was connected to Julie to inform her how I was treated by her teller.
Instead of letting me explain what happen, she jumped to conclusions thinking I was wanting to speak to her about my account which I know she wouldn’t be able to help me with since the credit unions are not connected, interrupted me saying we can’t help you, we’re not connect.
I told her that’s not what I was wanting to talk to her about and that I wanted to speak to her about her teller and how she treated me.
She said she was busy and didn’t have time and then hung up.
I’m so surprised that a financial institute would treat anyone this way.
