I’ve banked with Umpqua for the last 15yrs or so and I have to say Randy the Northbend store manager is beyond amazing! His level of compassion and customer service is outstanding! The world needs more Randy’s!!! Thank you for consistent kindness!!

I've used Umpqua Bank since moving to town in 1991. Now, although as with any business, there have been some moments of frustration (welcome to real world) they have been overall fantastic and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for many years of fine service. Charles Hurbis, MD

I've been with Umpqua for over a decade. They offer steller service! My only complaint, and it seems a small one, since their service is otherwise so terrific, is that it's almost impossible to make a call and get my local branch.

Had them for years....and they where fine until I found out when you can't get overdraffted on you're account but then their are exceptions....? I got 90$worth of "exceptions" before I finally decided to get another bank.
