Lied to me several times to get me in to redo my title loan for more money. After I signed the papers I found out what I was told was not the case, I still couldn't have the title to my car or sell it unless they approved the sale. Can't wait to pay this off and never do business with one main again.

They do high risk loans. Expect to pay a premium for interest rate. This is their business model. Don't expect low interest rates. It's not what they do. That being said Jenna and all the staff have taken care of me many times. I appreciate all the times they have assisted me.

The whole process was very easy and painless. Each person I worked with was exceptional. While I know they are a business, they made me feel that my best interests were on the forefront. Would recommend them to anyone.

Worst company to work with. They refuse to honor the Service Member Civil Relief Act. Gave me several conflicting stories why, none of it makes sense. I will never work with them again. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. They haven't given me a statement in months. I call every month and play their games, but still haven't seen a single statement, online or in my mailbox. I can't wait to pay this off ASAP.

Horrible customer service I have been a loyal customer with them and during my husband’s active duty service for Covid they refused to talk or help with my situation they play pass the phone Dustin the branch manager there refuses to deal with anything and blames it on short staffing! I will Never be using them again! I would not recommend them to anyone!

A week ago, I was offered with a loan. I told them that I will call back next week to let them know if I accept or not. This week, I called them a few days straight and left two messages. It is the end of the week, and I haven't received a call back. Now, I just received an email from One Financial stating that my loan has been declined. What a terrible company and customer service. Please stay away and save your time.

They charged me for a payment after the loan was fully payed off, granted it was auto pay and it’s set on a timer and the time had already passed, that’s understandable but, where it becomes aggravating is when they charged me my own money to send it back to me, a 300+ dollar payment was returned to me as less than 250, I will say in terms of loans and borrowing money, I would have gotten better treatment at a loan shark, if you need to borrow a large sum of money, ask friends, ask trees and ask rocks because they won’t bend you over as bad as this company has. If I die without using them again it will still have been one use too many.

I was able to get approved for my loan quickly, very friendly employees and a positive business to work with. I would recommend them.
