Elaine is Amazing! You may think that is a bit strong, but you don't know the horrible experience we had with another broker last winter. A friend recommended Elaine saying she was a miracle worker (again with hyperbole), I called her and told her the story. She looked at our situation, gave us recommendations. We did as she suggested. Last summer when the heat was unbearable we decided we wouldn't live another summer without central air. I called Elaine and she went to work. We were still distrustful from our previous experience; she was kind, encouraging, and educated us on every step. We made a bid on a house on 7/17 and the wheels were set in motion. I would call her asking if everything was ok, she reassured us all was well. We were so afraid to tell our friends about the house because we thought it would fall apart at any moment. When she told us the whole thing would close on 9/1 (just 46 days), I asked, "are you sure?". Elaine and her staff were so patient. You would be out of your mind to look to anyone beside Elaine and her team at Guild Mortgage!

This is a great group to work with if you're new to town. My husband and I just bought our first home, expecting our first baby, moving to a new town and Elaine's team took great care of us during the whole process! We definitely recommend if you're moving to Pendleton, OR and want to work with a solid mortgage team that has your best interest at heart.

When it comes to government loans like fha and usda they gave up on us so easily without trying more to help. There not really positive through out the process. And they took for ever to call back. So I Switched to Umpqua Bank and LeeAnn went above and beyond to help us for first time home buyers. And people/agents talk so highly about Elaine and its sad that i didnt get to experience.
