If you are in the market for a house loan, I highly recommend this place. I'm a business owner and currently in the market for a new house. I've explored all loan options in Pendleton, and because of my tax situation, all other places in town took one look at my application and told me no. Rhian Erickson at Old West Federal Credit Union went above and beyond! Rhian took her time and reviewed all details. Bank manager cheryl told me that "bank share does not mean you can do your banking here and if i had my finances in order i would know that and if i want to open an account there that she would make sure i could not" this was unprovoked

Cannot pull very much out of ATM, even after going in, I was referred back to the same ATM. Wish the amount allocation was larger, esp when they partner with larger institutions who allow more
