I was able to get the money I needed for rent. When I was unable to pay the full balance, they worked out a payment plan with me. Having to wait 8 days to re-loan was challenging, but that’s not their fault…so 10/10 from me

I had a crazy time getting an important check cashed and I stopped by here as my last hope. Right from the start Brenda took great care of me, her service was over the top and was able to cash the check! I’m extremely impressed by her service, that is what attracts and keeps customers coming back.

This place have a good receptionist an its easy to apply with the proper paper work .They get you in an out a 10 for 10.

Because they chose to be loose with their policies & rules.. they penalize good hardworking people. Shame. Switching my 5 stars to 1.. I rarely do reviews let alone two.. I bet this jogs your memory.

Best customer service i had in a very long time. Front desk was very nice and Very Patient. She also gave me resources and available alternatives and told me what i needed and even where to go basically the whole Who what where and when on a subject to another thing i needed help with for my future thing i needed help with and she made it simple and clear and easily understood. She was great and so i say five stars great experience and great customer service. For me and i hope for whoever decides to try the Ace on N Lombard.

Brenda was awesome! She deserves a raise and promotion! She helped me out with getting a new card and was super friendly. I definitely recommend this place.
