I didn't get her name, but the lady that helped me was incredibly nice and super informative for my first time getting a payday loan. I didn't qualify for the full 300,but I totally understand cause I had worked low hours that check! Overall very quick and positive experience.

Being a new resident I was unsure of some things and Nita really went above and beyond with her customer service, problem solving, and able to multi task with a smile on her face while what I saw working alone so kudos to her skills which I hope the company sees. Not many employees I've seen in the workforce with problem solving skills along with promoting the services that facility provides and offers without me asking. Knowledge is power and Nita gave me some so I will definitely be back.
