This location is trash. The workers helping me have a horrible attitude as they hate their jobs. They looked at me when I walked in and just stared instead of helping me out. Don’t waste your time with this place, they don’t care about the customer. If you are so miserable in your work settings maybe they should quit.

Thank You Brian for helping me out today! I can see that management really helps their employees here to figure out solutions to problems quickly. Very friendly, communitive, understanding staff.

I had a couple of questions. Two ladies working there one was on the phone, The other was sitting way in the back she didn’t even come up to the counter to see what I needed, from far away she asked what I wanted. I was wearing a mask ( making it hard to hear what I was saying ) and trying to explain myself, not sure if she even understood me she tells me that we are not a bank. She didn’t even take the time to come up and actually listen to me and see why I was there.

Good loan company but I felt there was too much pressure to sign up for the loan “money makers” like the 6 different types of insurance they try to sell you on. The loan is already at 35% APR so I mean couldn’t they just ease up on the pressure to buy those extras insurances?

I needed funds to pay for a tree service to clear branches from my high fir tree. OneMain Financial helped me right away, for which I am so grateful!
