We had a buyer for our house that was pre-approved for a loan that they were not qualified for. Cherie knew this and didn't tell her clients which when they found out she had them try for a different loan that they could not afford the monthly payments. This lack of professionalism and empathy toward her client and us the sellers was down right nasty. This bogus loan attempt cost us our house from being on the market for 2 months during the best time to sell. I reached out the buyers who were devestated and felt misled and lied to. If you need a home loan then I would suggest running away from this one and find an honest one
