The Equitable Finance Company, Redmond, OR

During the course of covid and a terrible housing shortage in Oregon I’ve fought long and hard to hold onto the vehicle this establishment helped me obtain. I unfortunately had to give it up very regretfully and had to do it on very short notice. The lady that barely helped me through the process made me feel criminal for going through hard times and having reasons to relocate out of the lower 48. I was already very emotional over getting rid of my beloved truck and was very clearly annoying the employee I dealt with by just giving her something to do. I’ve never felt good working with these people and they are clearly miserable working where they do. I definitely don’t recommend Equitable Finance to anyone I care about.

Quick and easy as they could possibly make my auto loan experience. Amber was professional, punctual, helpful, and a lot of fun to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went with my partner to set up his documents for his new vehicle and got to see him have a very pleasant experience. Everyone in the office was very cheerful and professional making the environment one you enjoy. It’s in a good location and easy to access coming from Bend it wasn’t hard to find and has great parking. Angie was very very professional and explained all of his paperwork in detail. What a nice office to do business with.
