Your phone number goes nowhere it goes to a hang up line.... Very disappointed in the fact that we can't talk to you in person... As I have charges on my bank account that I did not put there.

Very pleasant staff, the "old fashioned" type of banking experience. You can actually come in , sit down and conduct your banking transactions. Not at all like other banking institutions where customers are herded thru as quickly as possible, like cattle. I would go as far as to say Umpqua Bank has more of an upscale feel to it, a somewhat slower pace and caters to an older customer base (i.e., not twenty-somethings). But by no means are they technologically behind the times.

Great bank, make me feel like I am their most important customer and I assure I am not! The only thing I wish were better is when I call customer service, I always wait for a very long time to actually speak with someone. They need to hire more people for this service.

Switching to Umpqua has been one of the best decisions, ever!! The staff quickly become almost like family, the coffee is great, and the service is second to none. Is it silly to look forward to going to the bank??? Nope!

Have been going to this branch since 2010. One of their newer tellers is horrible. She barely knows how to properly serve the public and doesn’t even seem to know the bank’s real account rules but she never asks a superior to verify if the information she is espousing is correct or not.
