Small bank, no drive-through, located in the flood zone so make sure your safety deposit box is high up. Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

I get the best service when I come to BOTC. They are very friendly and guiding, I use to bank with wells fargo and BofA and they don't connect to their customers like BOTC does.

I think that the bank should be open on the weekends because a lot of people have jobs and can not make it to the bank on week days
