Great customer service! I changed banks, first thing... Umpqua Bank did all the changes to 3 direct deposits, social security, pensions etc. without me calling anyone ,NOT EVEN SS! they did it, SO EASY, PAINLESS. Phone banking very easy and understandable! What a stress free experience, got my awesome mortgage w/Umpqua, Umpqua Bank helps you understand and wants to provide you any financial answers and help.

Since Covid 19, the bank will not except an expired ID to cash checks. Even with the oregon extention to get new ID to October 1 2020. They will open a new account but your ID isn't good enough to cash your check which is drawn from Umpqua and you have been cashing checks at there bank for over 2 years. Umpqua is only making things harder for people. What a joke.

Largest bank full service bank in town. Friendly service both inside and at the drive-thru. Better than average coffee inside. If you need a bank, I recommend this one.

Totally disappointed. Will be banking elsewhere.

The bank does have good people, just needs more workers as the wait lasts up for 15 to 20 minutes the longest.

I tried to change my address with Johnny a couple weeks ago. I put the address of a motel . I refused to give my mother's a dress. I believe he said he changed it he didn't. I haven't lived there since 2019 (besides one month in 2022). He said he changed it. He didn't. I went to Coos Bay last week and the lady that worked there actually told me that the address they had on file was california! I haven't lived there since 2018. I tried to use the card it was declined so I went inside the bank to make sure there was money on it there was $100. I tried again to use the card and it was declined. I went inside the bank Logan and the GM Danny said that it was weird my account was frozen but not my card? Why was my card declined then? Next thing you know there's fraud on my account. I no longer have an Umpqua Bank acc

Good, quick way for banking. Auto pay most of my monthly bills and have only 1 place to stop to pay most of my monthly bills to one credit card.
