ACE Cash Express, Roseburg, OR

I use ace check cashing when I need to get through until pay day. Robin is amazing and so friendly. She really makes you feel like a friend and I’m always happy to see her. I have also dealt with Tiffany and she is super friendly as well. I would definitely recommend going through Ace for all you check cashing and bill pay needs. Even if it’s just for their friendly service.

Robin was amazing. After trying Fred Meyer and Walmart to cash my payroll check I was left to try Ace. She went above and beyond. Got me an account with them so I can make things super easy in the future. She also didn’t mind my 2 year old son who was having a meltdown as he was super tired and exhausted. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend going to her.

Ace Cash Express is represented by a phenomenal lady named Tiffany she is upbeat uplifting positive attentive as well as eager to help and solve every problem I've ever had she is an extreme asset to this company because she takes time and the initiative to help and solve all problems that walk through your business doors Tiffany deserves a raise five star all across the board

My name is Jayne Norris and I am a 70-year Young woman, as of 7/23/1952 and have never needed any help from a cash loaning business before, that is until yesterday on my birthday. I wanted to go down and visit my; homeless of sorts, twin sister and surprise her with a night in a beautiful historical hotel in Shady Cove, Oregon. Well, I am on my way and I wanted to pull over and say to anyone that needs a little help from time to time, go see and talk to Robin at Ace Fast Cash. She was so sweet and gracious and I actually feel like I made a friend with her. In 1 hour, I was out the door knowing that I was going to be able to see my twin. I'm so excited!!

Beyond customer service!! So grateful for these 3 ladies. Makayla, Robin and Rhonda____Roseburg Ace on Stephens! Back story: my wallet was empty, gas tank-on empty, stress tank overflowing and soon on the brink of psychological breakdown.. I received a check, I was unable to cash anywhere! I needed gas an hour ago, to be at a job, that would change my sinking position. My clients depend on me to get to them! Makayla, Robin, Rhonda, truly helped me out by looking deeper into the situation rather than just turning me away. Took the time to gather proof, talked with their higher up and was able to cash my check!! I made it to my job, saved the day, helped a client and made it home with dinner to put on the table for my kids…… That’s beyond customer service!
