You have to pull teeth to find out your interest if you’ve forgotten- you can not find it on a statement or online like any other bank. This alone gives it low star. Then I payed it off with the pay off amount given to me and I still owe yet more!! If you want to feed these owners vacations, dinners, cars etc, go ahead. Ridiculously extreme rate.

Absolutely the rudest people I've ever had to deal with.....Horrible customer service I will never go through this company for a loan again... I cant even call to make a payment and not get treated that a dog... Roseburg is the worst and I've been through a couple loan offices never been treated so rudely...

They aren't good in Roseburg promise you one thing and mean another. Low payment for calendar year this month gave it to her and she didn't send it through. August is when. Said she will say late payment and I was promised by two others August. So she purposely is giving me bad credit. I'm a senior in and the cc cos. Are real good and help me

It was very nice. Everyone in the office worked together. They worked with other offices well. There were computer problems, but they were able to process my Loan without me having to come back. I would recommend them.
