First Interstate Bank, Roseburg, OR

This company is awful! It started with a successful pre-approval. Then, Matthew Silvey came into the picture. This man was horribly abrupt with the worst customer service skills I have experienced in a long time. He changed things, including the interest rate after pre-approval and the offer was accepted. Do as you choose, but be cautioned if planning on doing business with this company.

The bank have moved!! The new address: 1700 NW Mullholland Dr. Roseburg, OR 97470. The staff knew my aunt on sight. Great customer service.

I don't usually write negative comments, but they provoked me enough that I seriously do not want to continue using this bank. Poor customer service and poor explanation seem to be their strong suit.

This bank has had it's ups and downs. Now that we are working with an accredited banking system things are much better. I couldn't be more pleased with a bank. They go out of their way to give you the best service. I have had problems with my account and they told me before I knew. I couldn't ask for more, but they gave even more. They went above and beyond to help me establish my credit again! Great personnel very, attentive to your needs. Thank you for being there for me. My credit score is looking SO much better!!!

Instead of telling me what he couldn’t help me with he went out of his way to figure out how to get her the cash without inconveniencing her. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
