Northwest Community Credit Union, Roseburg, OR

I love banking with Northwest Community Credit Union! Very good online banking set up. We've been members for years in Roseburg, and now moving to Green. So happy to know there is a branch there. Stopped there for a transaction through the drive-thru and was happy to have received the same friendly, good service we've always received from the Roseburg (Kline St.) staff!

I love the service at all of there branches. They treat you like a human.

I have never been treated as well with any other financial institution as I have been treated at Northwest Community Credit Union. You should try them. You will never regret it.

This bank shows prejudice towards homeless people. Without a physical address they won't give you any service. I'm trying to fix my credit, so I can buy a home , but because I don't have a home now they won't help me. During this pandemic we need help to not be homeless. Instead this bank makes it harder . I'll never go through this credit union, and my nephew, aswell as 3 other friends of mine are canceling their account in support of me and other people denied due to housing. I'm going to also notify every form of media I can about this prejudice. They try to say the IRS are the ones that make it that way . The truth is it's a personal policy because they don't like to deal with homeless people. I'm going to contact lawyers, and see if there's anything I can do about this. Equal lender , yeah right.

I've never written a Google review before, but I absolutely must express my support for the wonderful staff here. NWCU has always provided top-tier care and outstanding service for as long as I can remember. (I started my first account with them when I was a child.) The staff here are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, which is in stark contrast to several other banks in the area. NWCU employees have proven to go out of their way to make sure that I receive the best care possible. Highly recommend!

They’ve never treated me like just another customer but more like a friend and an important part of the community. Meaning they treat me as if I just made their day by coming in. I won’t bank anywhere else. If that doesn’t convince you, they work hard at meeting your financial goals.

Terrible customer service. Was on hold on the phone for over 40minutes. Nobody ever answered the phone. So I drive down there, 3 tellers standing there, no customers, so I decided to dial their phone # right there and then, the phone is ringing, you can hear it, and nobody answers it. Was told “ it’s not my job”. I closed every account I had right there and there. So much for local Community Credit Union customer care. Don’t be fooled
