United Finance, Roseburg, OR

Exceeded my expectations! Needed help with a very old account to complete paperwork for the DMV. I expected to be handed a phone number for a corporate office, but instead Kayla and other staff put in the necessary time to figure things out. I definitely recommend the Roseburg location for customer service.

My first experience getting a loan through United Finance and I'm happy to say that I'm satisfied with their professionalism! They really do care for their customers and communicating back and forth is very transparent between the customer and the company. 5 stars :')

Getting a loan with United has been a confusing experience.. They have a serious lack of communication issues both between with their customer and their employees.. You'll never get any notice except monthly bill statements but they will hit you with fee's then tell you jump thru hoops and they'll adjust the payment and after jumping thru hoops inform you the payment has to be made and then readjusted and that's the way it is so pay .. I wouldn't suggest getting a loan thru united unless it's the only place that would give you a loan but beware they are a step above loan sharks..
