Julie is very helpful & kind to say the least. She’s exemplifies customer service and epitomizes hard work! If you stop by the Commercial (Salem, OR) location, be sure to ask for her. The rest of the staff is probably great as well, I don’t know, but if they are anything like Julie, I’m sure you’ll enjoy your visit and leave happy.

Karen T. In the Salem Commercial St. office was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the whole process and even put another caller on hold while she answered all my questions. She had me happily out the door in just minutes with everything I needed. Thank you Karen!

I've had a debit card here for 8 years and have had no trouble with it at all. I use it to get my direct deposits from my retirement and it works wonderfully. The people are always friendly and helpful.
