Faith was hands down fantastic. She was alone up front when I came in. I was 5th in line. She was helpful, pleasant, efficient and multi tasked like a dream. She moved that line quickly while still maintaining great service with each person she helped. Rock on Faith!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. And it wasn’t JUST HERE… the customer service phone number as well! Came in to get a personal check deposited into my account— never submit it on the app (or ANY other banking app), as I prefer depositing in person. The 1 single employee working looked at the check, looked at my ID, asked me what the check was for (chemo meds for my toddler—not that it’s any of her business), and refused service. Didn’t even look up my account or anything.. Said that she can’t deposit the check and even if higher ups were called, they’d tell me the same thing. So I leave and call customer service— again, saying I can’t deposit the check because “the check has been rejected”…. HOW!?!!! HOW? I NEVER submit (or even took) a picture of it, or took it to any other place. I called again a few hours later and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Not 1 person could seem to tell me why I couldn’t deposit a check. I HATE leaving reviews, and only do it if I’m completely flabbergasted— so congrats.

I can't say enough about Faith. She is so kind and comfortable. She doesn't make me feel bad about asking for a loan. Ace allows me to eat, pay bills, and get gas. I am so thankful. The first year of owning a house is tight, especially if it's one income. With out Ace I wouldn't be able to manage all of this. Thank you☺️

The ACE Payday Loan is very affordable. The time on the payback procedure is fair and easy to manage. The staff is excellent and friendly.

Fees are included in all services but hey it offers you more than a traditional bank or in-store check cashing service. I solely use for short term loans. 20 year customer.

Very horrible service from the customer service. She started off with a horrible attitude. She made a big stink for me coming in and asking to see if I could cash a payroll check. I'm not sure if they normally refuse to do this but then when I asked her how much it would cost, she rolled her eyes, and with as much attitude as she could says "who knows" that's it. There was no explanation. She was quite done with trying to help me. It was clear from the moment I stepped in that I was not welcome. I asked for my check back, and she slammed it down and muttered things at me. I'm sure she was just having a bad day, but if I was her manager I would be keeping an eye out for a pattern of poor behavior. When you're in customer service, you can't take your frustrations out on your consumers. Pictured is the lady responsible.

The customer sales gal Candy A. was very friendly and patient, we had numerous checks to cash and she went above and beyond to take care of all our business that visit, so we didn't have to come back. I really appreciated her professional outgoing attitude. We were very happy with the service at Aces. Thank you R.B. and S.B

We went in because we had a rather substantial(for us) check to cash. We ue Walmart Money Card, but we were unable to with this check. Jen was a huge help. She ran into some trouble but kept pushing through. I will definitely be using them again. We had to go back the following day and Angela helped us. Great customer service.
