Do not go to this branch! The lady is really nice but the guy that works there is rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills and looks down on people needing a payday loan. Hung up on me on the phone and seems like he really hates his job. Would never go back to this location again.

The gentleman with the glasses and black hair (believe your name is Rick) is absolutely terrible at customer service and talking down an issue or making things timely. I was made to feel unimportant with statements like “you expect me to remember every person?” No.. but it’s also not my responsibility to keep your integrity in line…is it? “I have customers I need to help” and “my lobby is full, I HAVE to go” when I was one of those customers not but yesterday…followed up with being hung up on. I had deposited 1,200$ into my account with him in person that previous day. But when I went and checked my account, no money was available or any signs of it being deposited. He also obligated himself to give me a new card without me asking or reasoning why I needed it. So I called today and was told right off the bat that I was wrong, interrupted multitudes of times until I had to actually yell and tell him to stop talking so I could jog his memory. Until that moment he was dead sure he was reading off the right info, saying he had cashed me out 1,200. Completely unprofessional, I’m not saying this as a jab but he spoke like an upset child when I told him he had made a mistake, fussy, loud, upset and rude. I’d highly suggest just going to key bank. No fees and they’re right across the street.

Khrista was super outgoing and polite, she was the only worker their, very patient with the customers that were in her lobby. She even asked if I wanted to work their. So sweet! Definitely going pack for her to cash my checks!

So I have to say Rosa was awesome!! Not only was it 3 minutes to close but she was dealing with someone trying to pass a bad check. By the time she was done they were closed. Rosa still did my title loan! If anyone has gotten one they know that it's not a quick process. So Ace you have a very valuable employee in Rosa. She understands customer service which isn't existent anymore, anywhere! She deserves a promotion and a raise!! Thanks so much Rosa. Without you staying late to help I wouldn't have had gas to get home!
