Terrible! I noticed the Sherwood location I used a few years ago is gone, hopefully this company leaves Oregon all together. Please find somewhere else, I used this company when I had an emergency situation and have been paying the consequences ever since. The interest is outrageous. The customer service was great at startup but after they get you to sign with them it is terrible.

I was told I was approved for a loan. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone after the “approval” went through. After calling multiple times I finally got a call back 2 days later. I dealt with someone completely different once I got a call back. All of my information was taken again. I was told I was approved for x amount of dollars only to be called back at the end of the day to be told the loan couldn’t go through. Never again!

If you dont mind paying double the amount of what your loan is, then this is the place for you. One main financial is by far the worst loan company out there. Most of there employees dont even know what there doing. Lending club is much better and its all done online and they send the money to your bank account. Never again would i take a loan out with them. Complete garbage.

Pros: Process to get approval was straight forward. Ability to upload digital documents was fast. Able to setup autopayments. Pay ahead with no fee. Cons: Overall loan approval process is long (2 hours) high apr (30%) even with a 760+ credit score. No option for credit card down payment
