You get zero out of five stars. This company blatantly ignored the laws and the rights of my wife. They forced her to sign a document that is not required by law, and threatened to stop the sale of my house from completing if she did not. After several emails and conversations in which it was repeatedly reviewed that the actual law they were quoting did not support their claim, and several examples that their industry did not support their actions, they not only remained steadfast in requiring the signed document but they also continued to be argumentative and combative in their communications. They trampled all over my wife's rights under the laws of Pennsylvania with complete disinterest and disregard for their actions. This company, and their underwriters are out only for themselves and expect everyone else to do as they say. They are arrogant, disrespectful, and dismissive. Avoid this organization.
