I am done with this Credit Union and there antiquated policies and technologies. Apparently you can no longer make more the 65 days worth of advance loan payments. Made a substantial amount of loan payments online in June thinking I would be good for awhile since I did not mark them as interest only. Well I was wrong since luckily I went online and it now said my last payment was five days late. Seriously People First in the past this would have never happened, apparently there system changed in 2017. That was a change for the worst. Also when people are making additional payments online, your system could warn them not to pay more than 65 days worth of payments. When you call to correct the issue there customer service could care less and flat out rude. Big banks have given me better service. For not having to pay taxes there loan and deposit rates are not that much better sometimes even worse than regular banks that give better service and have better systems.

This bank sucks. There’s always something wrong with my card, & I don’t even remember the last time I had an overdraft & I have a limit to spend & to take out MY OWN damn money!! & whoever I spoke to on the phone was not friendly at all! & rudely questioned why I need a certain amount from MY account! Seriously considering changing to another bank! When you use YOUR card to pay a bill, there shouldn’t be a limit or you shouldn’t be questioned about it!!

Worst branch I been to when I started a car loan with them they didn't help me set up my online banking and just told me how to pay through the eloan service. Several months later I find out I'm behind on payments due to a insurance snafoo the clerk tries to help me and just sends me into a customer service hell for four days straight. When I spoke to a loan officer she basically said there was nothing to do and you should stop being poor and get a better job. If you need to interact with this bank at all go to Nazareth.

Communication is horrible they put a hold on my account without calling or mailing any paperwork.
