KeyBank, Butler, PA

this place is terrible. Worst bank I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done there. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. I have never seen an establishment that was ran like such a joke.

My husband and I opened an account with them 2 months ago and still have not received our debit cards or pin. Called multiple times to comlain and we always get an excuse so we'll be pulling our money out and closing out our account. Such a disappointment.

Opened this account online 3 weeks ago and deposited a business check and all I have heard is excuses called to close the account and put the money back in the account it came from because obviously I can't use the account and the branch manager herbert can't even call when he says he's going to twice now he said he would call me and nothing he called my uncle back 10 hours after he called then gave excuses to him and then said everything was fine till I show up yesterday to get money out and it's still not available

Terrible service!!!!!!! I wouldn't go to this bank unless you want to be severely disappointed!!!!!

Every one that we know at this branch are very nice and friendly!

Great staff quick no waiting in line or drive thru for long periods of time.
