Alana and Jason were incredible to work with. We purchased our very first home in August 2022 and they worked with us every step of the way. Sometimes we would get a little frustrated in the amount of stuff that was asked for. We were new to the process and didn't understand why all this stuff was needed. Jason and Alana handled those frustrations with great professionalism, even when our emotions got the better of us. Their explanations were very detailed and they helped us understand the process very well.
