Predatory. It’s the best way I would describe the auto loan I agreed to. I only did it because my credit union needed a few days for me to get a loan in order so I agreed to their terms knowing that i was never going to pay them a single payment. My credit is actually good and they still gave me an astronomical interest rate. Unreal. If you have credit that prevents you from getting financing it may be the only option you have…. But I’d avoid them if possible. Actually did the same thing with my last vehicle too. I think I made maybe 3 payments last time before the credit union took my refinance and lowered their interest rate more than half!

Son, paid off car two years ago. Never bothered to tell him he owed late charges. Two year later they want 84.10. but not before they hit my credit score for 86 points. Paid them off and still trying to get ahold of someone from customer service to get title sent. So hard to talk to someone that lives in a foreign country. Because you can't hear them at all on the phone. Terrible

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't finance a kiddy car through them. I've been 1 1/2 years trying to take care of a car I traded in Dec 12, 2020. They claimed I owe $410.00 in Jan 2021. The car I traded in was sold 2 weeks after I traded it. I made a car payment the day before I traded in the car. The dealer told me to stop payment that the payoff would cover the payment I just made. They released the title. Now they are trying to tell me I owe $498.00 I've agreed to pay the $410.00 from Jan 2021. They told me they don't negotiate. I've asked 5 times to talk to a supervisor. What a joke. I was told we have escalated the call and a supervisor will call you in 24 to 48 hours. I've been waiting 5 weeks to hear. They threatened to repo a car I don't have or own. TIME TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY.

Do Not get a car loan through Ally! Their interest rate is too high & even after u make a payment they say it’s late! Then put it as late on ur credit report even though it’s Not late!! Even after making arrangements by phone to pay at at a different time! Oh & if ur so much as 24 hours behind they will call u every day 24/7 even after u make double payments!

If I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. They have Horrible customer service. Horrible Communication and will leave you on hold or hang up. "Sorry you were disconnected" Yeah right. Tried to buy out our lease we had for 3 years they never sent information after calling 4 times, "You have to call when its close to the end of the lease" and at the last minute told us we were past the deadline. After paying everything online for 3 years they refuse to let you use online to pay the final payment except through third party with more fees. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PICK ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

This place is an absolute terrible company to lease/deal with, I heard a bunch of stories but gave them a chance, I was in an accident, which was not my fault, totaling my vehicle, and my insurance company valued my vehicle over almost 4k what the pay off of the lease was, they did not give me the extra money which was mostly from the extra accessories I had put on the truck. Then a year before when I went to trade it in, they raised the pay off price 10k dollars!! This company is a rip off and do not care about their customers! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY DOING BUSINESS WITH ALLY FINANCIAL!!
