The staff at One Main are very Professional and Courteous. They got my loan done in no time at all. I’m glad I choose them and they accepted me for a loan.

I've had a loan through OneMain for almost 2 years now with auto pay set up and for the first year I never had a problem. But randomly they started pulling out my loan during my off week causing my bank to overdraft. I called after the second time and they said they would change it. After the third overdraft I call back and the lady had the nerve to argue with me and tried to get me to keep autopay. Then rudely said, "Well if you want to turn it off you'll have to come in and file the paperwork". I was speechless, a month prior I was speaking to a rep about getting an additional loan to renovate my home. All I can say is that it wont be through them
