Mortgage department is atrocious They will not provide you info you ask for like DTI cut sheets or how they calculate your income. They do not get back to you in a timely manner unless it affects them directly. Don't expect to be helped and expect to be left hanging. I found another lender for the same crazy dual dwelling property that's going to give me an FHA loan instead of bending me over backwards and asking for every penny possible Find another bank and lender.

This place was awful! I went in there and the ladies were rude and not helpful at all. I highly recommend people go to another bank. These people were not nice at ALL! 7/12/17
