Northwest Bank, Cranberry Township, PA

This bank has been my bank for 16 years and they are the best bank ever! Their staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional!

When huntington was originally sky bank, I accidently overdrawn (from my ex taking my card without knowing). I had paid it in full, and reopened with no issue with huntington. Well later I moved, and my bank was further away, so I checked in town. Northwest was doing its promo 50$ or something to open an account. I tried that but they refused me because of the past overdrawn account, but being completely paid off didnt matter. Whatever, Ill drive a little further back to my original bank :p

When I moved back home they denied me because I didn't have proof of address. Of course not I was living out of state. I went next door to Farmers National Bank and they said no problem. So they are my bank!!

Keep changing their hours. Hours not convenient for customers who need to do transactions at the bank.

I had two issues I needed help with and not only did the ladies meet my needs but exceeded my expectations. I wish other branches were like them. We are getting away from excellent customer service in the US, and it was refreshing to have caring team members today. Thank you!
