Jeff Johnston is a true professional in every respect: He understands the ins-and-outs of the housing market, he is a very personable guy who is courteous to his clients, he explains the mortgage process clearly, he never rushes a client, he takes the time to answer his client's questions and he works hard to help his clients achieve their financial needs. Most importantly, Jeff looks out for the client's best interest in that he will lay out all the loan numbers, provide the pros and cons of the loan, give his truthful opinion about whether or not the loan will be beneficial to the client and, without any pressure, leaves it up to the client to make the final decision on whether or not to proceed with the loan. Last, but not least, Jeff treats his clients with respect which, in my opinion, seems to be a rarity nowadays. I could not be happier with Jeff Johnston being my loan officer and I look forward to working with him again in the future whenever the need arises. I’ve had a number of poor experiences getting my financing arranged for my homes in the past and it can be a very deflating experience when matched with somebody who potentially doesn’t know what they’re doing … but Matt Haring was great. Made the whole home buying experience very easy. Would recommend anybody go see him.

Oh My! How do we run a business again? Answer We make our customers feel like they are dead beats. We sent Randy all of our personal info, and never got a message to say he received everything.. We called he didn't answer. He never return a single call.
