Shivani Patel, Ashley Shannon, and James Davis are all amazing to work with. Everyone is super nice and personal. Very helpful and they give the best customer service to everyone. Shivani Patel is the best manager and cares alot about her customers. She is very good at what she does. Shivani Patel is very talented.

My husband and I have had a few loans with mariner. We have always been treated kind. I lost my husband due to a horrific act by another individual July 4th 2022. Shivani went above and beyond for me to first get our existing loan that we had together paid off by the ins policy we purchased through Mariner, then when I called because I needed to consolidate a few bills Shivani once again went above and beyond to assist me. Although she is always busy, she always made time to talk to Michael and I I can't thank her enough for her display of kindness. And she is definitely an asset to Mariner finance, and the customers she serves

I been calling them everyday and never get a response. I once drove all the way over there just for the lady at the front to lie to me saying they had nothing to do with the mariner website even though the address and the recommended number lead to this one. So will anyone explain what's going on? Never had such a stressful time trying to contact you guys.

Worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Took months to get them on the phone, then when I finally do, worst service ever. Asking for more and more documents after already submitting them, then when called into the Office to finalize the loan, asked for more documents then told I would have to come back.
