We have worked with Melissa multiple times and love working with her. Today we got the pleasure of working with Michael as well. He did incredible and went above and beyond when my husband and I discovered the battery in my car was dead. He did not hesitate to jump in his car to give us a jump start!! Highly recommend!!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Make sure you are fully informed before signing anything. Have been a customer with One Main Financial on several occasions. Go out of their way to satisfy customer needs.

The experience I had here at one main was phenomenal they helped me so much I really appreciate all the efforts they have done to get me into a loan.

Absolutely terrible. I dealt with them in the past and after paying off my loan they messed up and never took the lien off my truck even though I paid off the loan early. I just recently tried for another loan and the said I was approved and I had to bring down more paperwork and my motorcycle so they could use that as collateral. I called the day I was bringing all information down and after I got there with the motorcycle in the rain the guy tells me he can't give me the loan. First off the motorcycle is worth more than I was asking for. I have no idea why they told me yes I could get the loan on 2 different occasions then when I bring it all down that's when he tells me no. I will never deal with these people again and I highly recommend to everyone to stay away from this place because it's a joke. I would give it less then 1 star if I could. Completely wasted my time when I could of tried another place like Regency. Terrible terrible place with rude ignorant people.

Absolute joke of a place. John would give me 3 different answers on amount they would approve me for and then in the end say oh well we cant do anything. He would never call me back when requested. And to add it all promises thing they cant keep. Never go with this disgrace of a company save yourself the hassle.

I submitted an application thinking we’d get sent to the location in Clark’s summit instead got assigned to Melissa at the Dickson City location and she was dismissive and gave me a brief explanation as to why I don’t qualify after I was approved online. And I left her voicemail to ask her a question and she never got back to me. My husbands experience at the Clark’s summit location with Nicole was smooth and lengthy but she took her time to explain everything to us in detail and tried to find ways to help the entire time. Unfortunately, my experience at the Dickson city location was not as nice. I am extremely disappointed 😞

Needed help with a loan. The lady who I was dealing with was cold and had terrible manners for customer service. She then proceeded to say she would help but instead never went through with actually doing her job and just denied me a couple days later with no explanation or even a call. Lazy and unhelpful she was. If you don’t have the patience to help people maybe you’re doing the wrong thing in life.
