Fidelity Bank, Easton, PA

A few months ago I tried to open a checking account because I just recently moved to Easton and just started getting my SSI checks. I didn't have a bank account anywhere so I was cashing my checks at a shop a few doors down from your bank. Went in there with over 6k in cash and asked if I could open it. Had photo ID on me but they wanted me to prove my residency. I'm staying at a hotel nearby and showed them my SSI letters with the address on them and a manager said that was not enough. Went to Fulton bank and within 1 hour had my checking account. You should change some of your policies.

From the furniture to the friendly faces, this is a very welcoming bank where I feel comfortable asking questions and confident to trust with my banking needs.
