Wonderful experience from the get-go. They have always been accommodating and we've never had issues speaking with someone directly. Truly a hometown bank serving in the best interest of their hometown clients. Shout out to the West 12th Street branch!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I could have wished for. I left a bank I was at for over 20 years because I was so impressed with how I was treated at Marquette. Angela Diver went above and beyond her job duties to work with me and my family. I can't say enough wonderful things about the entire staff at Marquette. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing people there. They were so nice never gave me any problems. I left a PNC because they were stealing my money. So my friend recommended me to go here. So I decided to and I was deeply impressed with how customer service was. Just a overall a very great place.

This bank is so hrd to get ahold of. All of their numbers are outdated. The online banking app is garbage and i can almost never sign on. Im constantly frustrated and i need to switch to someone else.

You can NEVER get ahold of anyone. Really inconvenient when there’s an issue with your money and you can’t talk to anyone to solve it.
