This has got to be one of the most beautiful locations I have seen in years inside and out . It is wheelchair Accesible with designated handicapped parking in rear , the front is Accesible also , it has low counter height Accesible places to prepare transactions etc , has comfortable seating areas with TV and fireplace ,coffee( Keurig “K” cup machine and ice cold bottled water for customers with a variety of teller positions and offices on first floor and additional offices up stairs . Has drive thru banking as well as drive thru ATM machine . I have gone here for my G/F banking needs well she’s sick , staff has always been friendly ,personable , courteous and efficient . It’s a joy to go here as far as credit unions and banking in terms of design and atmosphere this place is a definite 10 . As a child 49 years ago my grandmother worked at a bank in Saddle River N.J , this place brings me the same vibe as going to the bank with my grandmother . It hits the old nostalgia button in the brain .

My experience happened when I pmet, Josiah Baldwin and he helped me to secure a mortgage. I recently returned to,Erie and began the search for a place to live. Since I had my vehicle loan thru, Widget I had experience dealing with the credit and loan. So, It made sense to me to work with them to obtain a mortage. I contacted Widget and was transferred to Josiah in the mortgage department. Couldn't have been a better contact for me. He was knowledgeable, patient and concerned about my interest in obtaining a mortgage. Always looking out for my best interest he took a very personal approach to my situation and needs. He is a true asset to the organization and Widget is fortunate to have him on their team. It was an absolute delight having him represent me and he continues to help me with all my concerns. Cheryl Reed took the initiative to contact me after I visited the bank to make a transaction. A problem arose after I left the bank and she called me and helped me work through the issue through my on line banking app. She was very caring and knowledgeable. She also taught me how to resolve similar problems in the future. This is a great bank with great people.

I can not tell you how thankful I am to have been banking with Widget the last 20 years. It has always been a great experience, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had to get a mortgage through Northwest because Widget isn’t currently covering New York and the experience was terrible. Thank you for being great Widget!

I would rate zero stars If I could. I've never had a good experience with this God awful place. The tellers have been rude to me every single time when I have been nothing but nice. They've gone far as to hang up on me after I got 5 words out if a question. They sre unfriendly, rude, and honestly you can tell they literally just want the money and nothing else. They never answer their phones either. You'd have a better chance getting a text reply from an Amish person than having a good experience at this place. I will NEVER even attempt to patronize this establishment until I get an apology for the horrendous staff.

Her name was Cheryl and she was very nice efficient and made sure what I needed done was taken care of and had great communicative skills.
