Who knew financing could be such a stressful and stress-free process at the same time.... Todd is the phenomenal He is who you want in your corner when you buy a home! He was amazing and made himself available despite my busy schedule. I work 12 13 hours a day and my availability at times was very limited. Todd made things happen and was so very accommodating and professional. I have used other lenders in the past. I even had a team member of the competition pick up the phone and tell me he was on a “date with his wife” and not to contact him at that time in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. I am glad he did, because I fired him and hired Todd. I was so amazed how different lenders could make such a huge difference. Todd and Home sale turned my stress levels around.
