Pawn Plus, Lancaster, PA

This is NOT a pawn place, it second hand store using the place holder name. There is nothing Plus about how representives talk about there patreons in front of other patreons. If you have a choice go anywhere else and get better service I've gave this place a chance under multiple different ownership, Some of these positive reviews I've seen are flat out paid or lies by friend and family of this cesspool of a business in Lancaster City.

They need to drop the (pawn) from pawn plus. They have become strictly High End . If you don't have GOLD don't waste your time & Gas going there!!!!!!! . . . They should become a Retailer.

Pawn Plus of Lancaster has turned around over the years!! Very professional, clean store. The new Employees Crystal C. And Ashley that have been there for awhile now. They are two of the best employees they have ever had. These girls deal with so much on a day to days bases. And hold the store down!! Theirs one male worker Sean. He's a bit grumpy sometimes ;) ;) But he's a good guy and will try his best to work with you and give you fair prices for your items!! If you're not to sure how a pawn shop works. Do a little reading before you take your items in. They need to make their profit as well. So keep that in mind!! Crystal C. And Ashley. 1million% deserve a raise!!!

Brandon was amazing! Thoughtful and attentive to my concerns. I had a retail experience. They were clear on returns and exchanges. Thank you for the stellar customer service. I will be back!

The Manager James is very professional, friendly, an such a caring guy. He strives to run a friendly/professional environment. An takes any concerns or issues seriously. I appreciate the hard work James has been trying to do. To make coming into the shop a more pleasant experience. Also he's one of the only people to answer the phone if he's there. Lol

I have had an account w/PP for since they opened, only one bad experience from a young girl that had to learn customer service the hard way but I am very glad to say that my resent business dealings have been more than a Awesome experience, the manager is more than happy to deal with his customers, the store is clean & very orderly, there is a sense of helpful happy professional welcoming service you feel when you walk in ,l have been in customer service my whole life and you know IT when you come into contact with IT ,this gentleman also knows folks are having a financial strain and the feel of helpfulness is warm and Awesome, l feel bad l don't know the managers name but you will know him the moment he asks, Can I Help You!! A good "pawn" shop. If you know something about what it costs to keep the doors open on any kind of legal shop these days, you can see these guys are fair. My room mate is particularly happy with them and I'm posting for him.

I came in and was helped by Jordan and he was very helpful and polite and would recommend if you are looking to sell or pawn and even buy, I would definitely come back anytime.
