Sad that they change their hours. For whom? The new employees that are afraid to work? Good away at losing people and not thinking of the ones that have maybe a Saturday to come in and deposit checks or so in.

When I first read the reviews I was reluctant to give Horizon a try, however, So Very Glad I Did. Their employees are the most friendly and professional people to work with, and their customer service is a Plus 10. The Lock Haven Branch, and the Williamsport Branch have exhibited very caring, patient, attitudes. I now have 3 accounts w/them, and want the public to know if your looking for a reliable and great customer support Credit Union organization this should be your 1st choice.

We have been with horizon for like 10 years. Everytime we go in they are very friendly. In May of this year (2019) my husband and I were in a horrific accident and now we are handicapped and get around in scooters. Everytime we go there, they can see us coming and are waiting for us at the door to open it for us. I will never leave this bank. We love their service. Anytime we have a problem, they help us fix it in a friendly yet professional way. They know us by our names and always greet us with a smile. Great bank, great service!!!

Been a member at this bank since 2016, just recently moved out of state and decided to leave my banking as is because I’ve been dealing with these guys for years. Been hung up on by their workers multiple times trying to get account resolutions. Close your account if you plan to move out of the area, it’s not worth the headaches

This Bank has been giving me a run around about their ck cashing policies. 💸 They don't have a clue what's up. My Rep Payee gave me a check written to me from her from my account They say she needs to be here to cash the check ✔️ What sense does thos make you even give checks to the account 🤔 Well closed account moving on to a bank that knows how it works...
