This bank is a major bank with a small hometown bank feeling. The tellers know you and they do everything they can to help you with any questions or concerns. I've used other banks in the past and then I found Northwest. I've been extremely happy with Northwest Bank for probably 20 years now, and as far as I'm concerned it's the only bank to use.
