The experience was easy and quick and the staff was so helpful! As soon as I submitted my application, they followed up to explain next steps and how the process worked. It was so nice to be able to upload documents that were needed and have everything ready when I went into the office to sign.

The Lock Haven office has very friendly and efficient staff. They explained the details of the loan, what was expected of me, and current promotions. The direct deposit and automatic bi-weekly payment options were definitely a plus.

Very Frustrated with them right now. I'm on auto pay. I received my paycheck 1 1/2 weeks before payment was due. and paid on line. Due date came and tried to take the money again. However since all my bills were paid, it over withdrew my account . I made an argument and the loan company with drew their of $50 ???? ok I paid and extra $30 to my bank. Worse things happen. talked to them made everything agreeable. This morning They went in and took the same payment yet again!!!!! MAKE THIS RIGHT NOW!!!!!! IF I OVERWITHDRAW AGAIN, I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT
