Pinpoint Federal Credit Union, Milton, PA

Great experience! Not only did I get a low interest rate on a car loan, but Brenda was wonderful to work with. She was quick to reply to my questions, and she went out of her way to make the process easy. I would highly recommend Pinpoint and Brenda if you are in need of a loan. Easy, convenient, fast, and friendly!

Awesome! They are Awesome! I’ve been a member of Pinpoint since 1999 and I couldn’t ask for a better credit union to be a member of. They have always been prompt with any issues I’ve had…from fraud resolution, applying and receiving loans, and just with everyday banking needs. Well done! I would like to give special shout-outs to Gail and Brenda for always treating me like I’m part of their family. Another WELL DONE!

I have been banking here for years and have had problem after problem. I am currently waiting to be able to close this account however I am stuck since I have fraudulent charges on my account and have been waiting for the bank to even submit the dispute. They take their time in getting loans and or disputes submitted which is really frustrating. I called the bank early on a Friday to tell them I had fraudulent charges and it is now Monday 2:25PM and the dispute still has not been submitted by the bank. WHAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR?! I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

My account overdrafted and it was a fraudulent charge that keeps reoccurring. I called and ask for a stop payment and they couldn't. I have paid over 500 dollars in overdraft fees in the last 2 months. Just looked at my account and negative another 70 for charges I asked to be stopped. Worst bank Ive ever had

I’ve been a member for about 15 years and I absolutely love this credit union. I just finished a loan with Courtney and it was such a pleasant experience. The girls in the branch helped me get started and Courtney and Diana worked to get my loan closed quickly. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier.

i have been with this credit union for over 20 years..they are wonderful staff and work with you anyway possible that they can and as quickly as they can. i will never switch and i live an hour away. they also can do pretty much through electronic signatures so save on trips....they are great.

Wonderful small town credit union affiliated with shared branching. Gail has been a pleasure to work with in securing information needed for my loan. The Pinpoint FCU building is new, but the staff and service levels remain unchanged - friends taking care of my financial needs in an accurate and efficient manner.....the best!
