I was a member for over 4 years. I started with a secured credit card and had to apply to get a unsecured credit card with a credit line of $500. After paying on time for the last 3 years I go to get a credit line increase and they denied me even when my credit score went up drastically. This place is a joke.

Never answer the phone. Was looking to set up an appointment to open a business account but looks like I’m not going to. Called 6 times!

Costas Grekis, the resident VP of wealth management, feels entitled to park his vehicle in the customer parking area like an amateur. He has been parking like this for years in the same spot. I’ve complained to customer service inside the bank but no one seems to care. He even scammed $800 out of my son in October 2019 for unknowingly backing into his poorly parked BMW. He called the police and said it was a hit and run. Never mind the fact that he was parked as seen in the picture. Then he said he’d cut my son a break if he paid him for the damage after getting a repair estimate. Of course, he found a place to give him an $800 estimate for what amounted to a detailing job. Good job scamming a 16 year old kid. I can only imagine what he does to his clients.

Problem after problem. Today, all of their locations phone numbers have been disconnected and I can't access my account online either. Can't pay my bills because I don't know what my account holds. Very unhappy and actually terrified that they took my money and ran. Again, ALL locations phone numbers have mysteriously been disconnected.

this bank is infuriating with the “coverage”. i don’t need a courtesy pay i need you to STOP a transaction if the funds are not in the account. you’re not helping me by adding an additional $35 on top of the charge that i couldn’t pay for in the first place!! have been going back & forth with them & im so sick of them. DEFINITELY FINDING ANOTHER BANK ASAP! here i am 3 years later with the same issue. got hit with $140 in courtesy fees. what a joke. they make banking an awful experience from hell. DONT BANK WITH THEM
