The Myerstown Branch has been wonderful to go to. With regular banking, the customer service is over and above. While busy, you never get the feeling that you aren’t being taken care of. "I wish I would have done it sooner"...I seem to say that a lot as I get older! We recently joined the Myerstown Branch of LFCU and I am very confident in the decision to start saving there. A local company with roots in the County is pretty neat to learn about, and the differences between them and the "big branches" is very obvious. To start, I didn't realize they are a non-profit!?!? Say what?? And their products are just the same, but with bigger and better options (savings) and I highly recommend the friendly staff. I felt welcomed from the moment I entered and left without any doubt it will be the right move for us...and if you haven't heard, they also do a LOT for the community!!! I truly appreciate businesses that give back, it's what keeps a community together!

Everyone at this LFCU branch are absolute professionals. I have had personal accounts with LFCU but recently added a business account. It was a busy day at the branch which would have led me to a long wait to establish my account. The branch manager Tamara took me into the office, explained the situation, copied my necessary paperwork and explained that most of the process could be handled via email. She also set me up with an appointment at a later time to come back into the branch for finalize the setup. I immediately received the email to complete certain requirements and by the next business day my account was setup. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Although they were busy, I never felt rushed and always felt as though I was still a priority. Thank you!!

The Myerstown branch staff is absolutely amazing!! Having a small business, often there are times we need to do banking above the norm. Tamara and Liz are always there to help in anyway they can.
