The service is good its the hours that are terrible. I was there 3 thime in the last week and there not open I guess I have to find a new bank or take a vacation day or get a second shift job. Just to keep my money in there bank. They close at 4:00 and there not open Saturday. Guess what I'm not looking for a new job. I guess it's going to be a new Bank.

The negative reviews that are posted here are simply not true. Staff at this branch are very helpful and extremely friendly. They go out of their way to deliver a personal banking experience that can't be found in any other bank. The staff at this location of BB&T always goes out of their way to help you in any way they can. I recommend this branch and bank to others seeking a friendly banking environment.

This branch is rude and their policies are different then other branches. I have a business and visit a branch on average 3 times a week. If most places were like this branch I wouldn't be with BB&T! Other branches I visit are not like this one at all. Only use as an absolute last resort!

Friendly and courteous staff. Today's experience was not one I prefer however as this branch could do a better job of posting the current hours as well as adding the list of hours to their phone message and information while customers are on hold. I tried calling to inquire about their hours and... the first 2 times the phone continued ringing without being answered, the 3rd time a bank employee answered and immediately put me on hold and while on hold was eventually hung up on, and the 4th time I quickly asked my question of their hours for the next day. Prior to calling, I looked online, but the listed hours were confusing. (See screenshots: 9AM-4AM???)

The Staff is Professional, Very Courteous, kind and helpful. They make you feel like family. The negative reviews about this branch are not true.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. I opened an account online, went in the next morning to deposit and cash a troll check and the lady gave me so much attitude and so much extra-ness. Then she authorized my check and gave me back to me. Can’t cash it now. Bank does nothing about. Absolute trash. You would think since banks use out money to make money they would be a little nicer to us but no.

The staff here is always pleasant. I wish they had better hours though.
