I absolutely love this branch! The staff is amazing and friendly, the inside is so clean. When going to the drive thru its never a long line. The staff is always willing to help and ready to get you the best rates. So happy that I made the decision to do all my banking here. You guys are great! Thank you!

Been a member for 25+ years (when they were across from the post office). Everyone has always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. They even take care of my kids now, when they go. (since they are of course members themselves). They treat you like family. Special shout out to Concetta, Jocelyn, Lori and Holly

We love all the staff at both locations. However, it is much more convenient for us to use Plains office. We've known the staff here for many years and they have always been courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you for years of support and customer service.

I only use the drive-thru service but these ladies are quick and so polite! I have been sick on several occasions and needed services with signatures and they told me to show up when I’m feeling better and took care of it. Everything is perfect besides that curb when pulling out that I run over every time. Take a wide turn out everyone. :)

I absolutely love choice one fcu plains branch! I’ve been a customer here at choice one for going on 10 years and look forward to many more years to come. I would recommend this credit union to anyone. Very pleasant workers and so helpful with any issue!

The Choice One Employees at the Plains Location are the Best! They are always very professional; and so pleasant. They always have a smile and a kind word. As for any question I have had or a problem it was solved.

Thank you Choice one for SUPERB Customer Service! I opened my acct nine yrs ago when we moved to PA and Kathy still remembers @Choice One Plains Branch now, used to be @WB. Lori who is back @Choice One WB also remembers me. They are both very AMAZING staff, professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind! Thank you!
