Guild Mortgage Company, Plains Township, PA

I have never dealt with a Mortgage Company quite like Guild. This is not the 1st home I have purchased, (military so we have moved numerous times in multiple states) so I understand how the process "should" play out. In the 11th hour this office informed us that our closing date would slide to the right by 10 days. We had already sold/closed on our house in Florida which meant we were now out-of -pocket for additional days in a hotel and we fell to the bottom of the list to get our household goods delivered. This was incredibly frustrating as we were constantly checking in to ensure all required info had been sent. The reply was always yup we have everything we need, then came the follow-on emails asking for information/documentation that was either already sent or not mentioned in prior conversations. I would never recommend using Guild for your mortgage needs, I honestly could have said more but they have already wasted enough of my time.
